Quoting the tune Ellacombe, this joy-filled setting of a contemporary paraphrase of Psalm 19 is ideal for dedication or anniversary celebrations, Thanksgiving, or general praise. The choral parts require minimal divisi in soprano and bass, while the colorful organ part invites creativity. Smaller, individual choirs can perform it successfully, yet combined choirs with a fine organ would produce a grand musical expression of praise and thanksgiving.
